Welcome to V Backpackers. Our newly renovated Hostel is located at 144 Victoria Street in the heart of Sydney's famous Kings Cross area. V Backpackers is a groovy, edgy and funky place to stay for backpackers from all over the world.
At V Backpackers we want to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Located in Sydney's Kings Cross, we are just minutes away from all of the major attractions.
While you are in Sydney take advantage of our many services including trip planning, job hunting and organised activities.
Our completely renovated Hostel is aimed at making life for the traveler as comfortable as possible while you are away from home.
We provide 3, 4, and 6 bed dorms as well as double and twin rooms. All toilets and showers are shared, which some residents consider a good thing! The double and twin rooms have TVs installed for those late night movies.

Aside from a clean, comfortable room V Backpackers offers many of those little extras that help make your stay a pleasant one.

Located in the heart of Sydney's Kings Cross area there is no shortage of wild nightlife. Pubs, nightclubs, discos and all manner of other entertainment abound and all are within a 2 minute walk from the hostel.
For a fun pub trip why not try our favourite local, The Old Fitzroy Hotel. Located just a few blocks away there's no need to worry about getting home. They have even been known to give V Backpackers the odd free beer voucher every now and then.
We also plan daily activities such as beach trips, picnics, trivia nights and more. There is never a shortage of things to do here.
