Our quaint crooked house was built in 1660 & breathes history. It is rumoured that it was even occupied by Napoleon's maid in the past. We offer a wonderfully private basement studio (for 2 people) in Amsterdam centre. Ideal for independant travellers, retro hippies of all ages, lovers, couples with 1.4 kids & open minds who wish to enjoy Amsterdam!
New: The '1st Floor' with bathroom. Lovely authentic slant to your holiday which you'll never forget! For this ' room' there is a minimum of a 3 night consecutive stay.
We provide 'The Cool Guide Amsterdam', & other good guide books on loan.
Close to museums. Now Expo: Masterpieces at the Rijksmuseum
Van Gogh Museum: Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
Dutch treat: pancakes, poffertjes, stroopwaffels & .....
The Heineken, Museums are located within five minutes WALKING distance as are the clubbing districts of the Rembrandts Plein & Leidseplein. Coffeeshops and international delis and restaurants are just two minutes walk from The Crooked House.
Please note you must book for a min. stay of 2 nights during weekends & to include Bank holidays. For '1st Floor' a min. of 3 nights. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of your booking. (BUT ....for a consecutive booking of a few days which either end/start with a Friday/Saturday an exception to this rule can be made- if unsure contact us.) Ultimately we have the right of refusal.
Payment is cash on arrival only.

*One double bed including clean bedding & 2 towels( this means ONE bed big enough for 2 people- but to book you must book '2 beds' which does not mean two double beds!)
