Summer Sands is a beach resort on the Arabian sea at Mangalore and is midway between Kerala and Goa making it a natural stopover for all backpackers. The property is located on 15 acres with villa accomodation, restaurant, swimming pool, 1000ft beach front, Ayurvedic massage, locker system and a doctor on call. The 500 palm trees as well as verdent gardens and extensive lawns make it a peacefull, picturesque and serene place to be.
Out of the 86 room accomodation there are 8 rooms with 16 beds which are made available to backpackers for an afordable tariff of $10 a day. You can also use the swimming pool and indoor club free of charge but massage and billiards is not included.
