**Day 1. Clinton, BC.**On route to Clinton, we travel the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler, which hugs the coast and travels past striking views of the Coastal Mountain Range and the islands that dot Howe Sound. Turning inland at Squamish we visit Shannon Falls. In the afternoon we reach the internationally acclaimed ski and summer resort of Whistler. Here, we can tour the shops of Whistler Village, enjoy a coffee or take a stroll around the village. In the late afternoon we make a brief stop at Joffre Lake Glacier on our way to camp at Kelly Lake. **Day 2. Wells Gray Provincial Park, BC.** Wells Gray is more than 520,000 hectares in size and encompasses most of the Clearwater River watershed in the Caribou Mountains. We''ll visit the 91 meter wide Dawson Falls, and 142 meter high Helmcken Falls. You have the options of horseback riding in the mountains or hiking the many trails found throughout the park. **Day 3/4. Mt. Robson Provincial Park, BC.**We hike Rearguard Falls on the Fraser River before making camp at Mount Robson Provincial Park in the early afternoon. Snow-capped Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Rockies at nearly 3,954 meter high, is one of the most impressive and rugged sights in British Columbia. On Day 4 we hike the Berg Lake trail through the Valley of a Thousand Falls. **Day 5/6. Jasper National Park, AB.** Jasper is the largest of Canada''s Rocky Mountain National Parks. It spans 1,078 square kilometers of broad valleys and craggy mountains. We hike the alpine meadows of Mount Edith Cavell. This trail affords a spectacular view of the Angel Wing Hanging Glacier. Afterwards travellers will be able to take the Whistler Tram to the mountain''s upper terminus where much of the Canadian Rockies can be seen as far away as 80 kilometers. On Day 6 we hike Maligne Canyon and the Bald Hills located enroute to Maligne Lake. We end our stay in Jasper with a therapeutic soak in Miette Hot Springs, the hottest hot spring in the Rocky Mountains. **Day 7/8. Banff National Park & Lake Louise, AB.**Postcard views along the Icefield Parkway, wildlife, countless lakes and more than 100 glaciers make our journey to Banff National Park an unforgettable one. At the Athabasca Glacier, we will go on a guided glacier ice-walk (included) and visit the Columbia Icefield''s visitor information center. Banff National Park encompasses 6,641 square kilometers of mountains, glaciers, forests and alpine meadows. Making our way into the Banff townsite we visit Bow Falls, the Banff Springs Hotel and the Cave and Basin museum. On Day 8 we hike from Lake Moraine up to Sentinel Pass through the Valley of the Ten Peaks. This hike above the tree line provides a spectacular view of Paradise Valley. A visit to Lake Louise, reveals the natural masterpiece of ice, rock, forest, water and clouds. Optional activities in the Banff area include a visit to the Sulphur Mountain Hot Springs, bike rentals and horseback riding. **Day 9/10. Yoho National Park, BC.** The native expression for ''awe'' and ''wonder'' is Yoho. In Yoho National Park we visit glacier fed Emerald Lake and hike through the beautiful Yoho Valley, ending at Takakawa Falls, the highest in the Canadian Rockies. White water rafting on the Kicking Horse River is optional. **Day 11. Revelstoke, BC.**Our first stop is the visitors center at Roger''s Pass in Glacier National Park. Roger''s Pass has been designated a National Historic Site in commemoration of it''s role as an essential, yet perilous, link in the building of the transcontinental railway. Nestled between the spectacular Selkirk and Monashee Mountains is the town of Revelstoke. Visitors can enjoy wildflowers, photography, hiking and bicycling in nearby Mt. Revelstoke National Park. **Day 12. Vancouver, BC.**Travelling in the Fraser Canyon, the Trans Canada Highway from Spencer''s Bridge to Hope follows the Fraser and Thompson rivers until their convergence into the Fraser River at Lytton. This highway through the Fraser Canyon is an engineering marvel that includes tunnels, and dramatic ascents and descents. After passing through the Fraser Valley, we arrive in Vancouver, bordered by the majestic Coastal Mountains and Pacific Ocean.
