Residencia Pintor Velazquez is a rebuilt old typical 2 plants house in the center of the city. It is only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, the old Arabic castle and the shopping center.
We have 13 rooms (single and double) with and without bathroom. There are also 3 bathrooms to share and everything is clean and quiet.
We have a living room, TV, a terrace and self serving kitchen so you can feel like in your home. It is a comfortable natural decorated style in orange, white and wood.
The kind of people we accept in the Hostel have to be nice and not trouble making because we like to offer a good atmosphere in order to have them feeling comfortable like at home. Also because it is a small place and we have clients ready to respect each other in the house.
We respect any sexual option.
We have opened this february a Urban Spa and Physiotherapy and others therapies(beauty, hometherapy, acupunture, oriental therapies...) in the building, we will have good prices for the Residencia clients.
Our staff speak English, French, Italian and German.
IMPORTANT
Since we have few rooms please remember there is NO REFUND for your booking if you decide to leave the residence before your paid days expire(you pay in advance all the days you booked when you see the room). Thanks for your help.
Parking is available near by (independent of the pension)and it is not included in the price.(not even a 5 star Hotel does in Spain;))
Please BE AWARE THAT THE WORD 'ENSUIT' (when booking the rooms)does NOT mean you will have a bathroom in the room. There are some ensuit and some do not and we give them in order of booking. Sorry but it is a mistake in the web I can not correct because it will erase the rooms and its bookings. Sorry for the incovenience but bathrooms are kept clean and no many people share the available bathrooms.
PLEASE COMPULSORY CONFIRMATION OF THE ARRIVAL and the TIME THE DAY BEFORE, specially this season! and if you come after 22:00! to have somebody waiting for you.(24 reception UNDER request). You can call also at 628 626 632 from 10:00 am to 15:00 pm hrs ask for Carolina.
Also,check out is at 12:00 so if you come in advance you may not have the room ready. Please is advised to check after 11:00 and you could leave your bags and come back when the rooms are ready by 13:00. We thank your understanding.
If you come somehow 00:00 please check the day you are booking so there are no mistakes!
