All the charm of a small and rising town in the Peruvian Amazonia. This 3 day tour will reveal the splendors of Tambopata Candamo Reserve and the amazing Sandoval Lake.
Day 1: An amazing 38 km journey down the Madre de Dios river in a catamaran, where you will be introduced to the picturesque south amazonian landscape. During the journey we''ll have the chance to swim, fish and walk along the river bank.
Day 2: After breakfast, an outboard boat will navigate us towards the beginning of the path wich leads to the Sandoval lake. Upon arrival we will get on a rowing canoe where we will watch macaws, parrots, hoatzins, kingfishers and herons. After lunch we go back to the canoe and try to locate a giant otters family. A great occassion to fish piranhas or to enjoy a refreshing dip in the lake. If you dare!!
Day 3: Farewell breakfast and transport to the airport.
