Parker's Motel is located in the heart of the White Mountains right next to Franconia Notch State Park and the Flume.
We are a small family run business with 24 clean comfortable motel units that accommodate 2-6 people and 2 and 3 bedroom units with kitchens that sleep up to 7 people.
We also offer an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, games room, guest laundry and outdoor heated pool in summer.
Since January 2003 we offer 2 brand new rental units located 1 mile south of the motel, right next to the Whale's Tale Waterpark. Guests staying at these units are welcome to use all of the facilities at Parker's Motel. These units have an incredible view of Franconia Notch. Both units have phone, CATV and VCR, although they do not have a daily maid service.
We are located near ski areas and summer attractions.
