Stay at our family owned and run Guest House in an elegant suburb of
Managua, amid a picturesque tree-lined setting just 10 minutes away from the
international airport and bus terminals! Managua, our capital city, has a
vibrant nightlife!
Walking three blocks you will find new large shopping mall "LAS AMERICAS"!
Nica Bus, Tica Bus, King Quality, Taxis can be flagged down in the street
fare US$ 4 to 5 USD one or two guest to arrival at guest house. You can
negotiate the price too !
WATCH OUT :
Some taxi drivers might tell you we are closed or full, because they want to
take you to a big hotel to get a big commission, if this happens try another
taxi !!!
If it is the first time you are visiting Nicaragua, and are going to take a
Taxi Cab, first don't get into the first Taxi Cab, first ask the rate to
your destination. behind that cab would be another one that will take you
for a cheaper fare.
If you are coming through the airport take the Taxi Cab that is moving not
the one that is parked. They are not as expensive as those that are in the
parking lot of the airport. If you take a Taxi at the international Airport
they should charge us$ 15 for the service. The Managua taxis has an
unparalleled knowledge of the city. Taxis can be flagged down the street as
well.
According to the official UN reports regarding personal safety, Nicaragua is
the second safest nation in the Americas, after Canada. If you come to
Nicaragua and someone tries to mug you, all you have to do is yell. The
assailant will then be captured, beaten, tied and handed over to the police
by the citizens themselves. Welcome to Nicaragua!
Don't think about the violence, just come and visit us.
Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
It is not allowed that the guest should take women inside the room. If this
happens - your stay is cancelled.
SUGGESTION
We regret that we do not sell liquor and Cigarettes at this Guest House. If
you bring those products with you, please enjoy them in moderation. If your
room has a TV Set, please try to keep the volume low for the other guests.
Management may ask you to turn it down if it is on too loud. When leaving
your room, please wear appropriate clothing. Guests who do not observe these
guidelines may risk having their reservations cancelled.
IMPORTANT
You may remove products from the display which have the suggested retail
price from the Pepsi Cola company, and you may pay for them later in the day
or the next morning. If you return to the guest house after 11 PM, please
ring the door bell only once and we will gladly let you in. If you must
leave before 5 AM, please let the Management know ahead of time. Please
remember to turn in your room key when checking out.
Facilities:
Wireless internet at USD 2 per night.
Note: We save ourselves the right of admission.
You will have to pay us$ 5 cash upon landing at the immigration
counter, before retrieving your bags and passing through the customs. If you
want to rent a car, here is a small office just to the right as you leave
the airport building.
