DAY 01 WELL –COME DAY
Arrival and transfer to Hotel, welcome drinks
DAY 02 SIGHT SEEING HERITAGE:
Wake-up in the morning, breakfast, full day sight seeing by car, (Mainly four points such as PASHUPATI NATH (Lord Shiva Temple), BOUDHA NATH (Lord Buddha Stupa), SHWAYAMBHU NATH (Buddhist Stupa), KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE (old Royal Palace, Kumari house (living goddess), PATAN DURBAR SQUARE (famous for stone sculpture lord Krishna temple, Metal art, and Golden Temple, Old Royal Palace) etc. Back to Hotel and rest.
In the evening visit to casino if interested.
DAY 03 RAFTING DAY:
7:30 am departure from Hotel after light breakfast, 65 kmt. Drive by car to Rafting starting point. Place named Charaudi or Fisling, depends on season. Raft starts about 10 am. 1.5 hours Rafting running and stops for lunch on the bank of river about 12 noon. You will feel as picnic when you are having lunch. Again raft starts and run about 1.5 hours. Same car is waiting for you drive to Chitawan National Park. Rafting is almost 30 kilometers in total.
SAME DAY TRIP TO CHITAWAN NATIONAL PARK
You will be arriving in park about within 1hour drive. Refreshment well come drinks will be provided and briefing about the programs. After bit rest {will visit Tharu village (an ancient tribe of Nepal),} dugout canoe trip (good chance to see Ghariyal crocodile and bird watching). Elephant breeding center, Dinner with Tharu Cultural Dance (Stick Dance) or slide show. Over night at bungalow.
DAY 4 FULL DAY RESORT PROGRAM
AM. Breakfast. Elephant ride inside Jungle (forest). Shikari (guide) will give you briefing about jungle. Back to resort. After lunch you will visit Tharu village (an ancient tribe of Nepal). Then you will go to jungle walk. Back to resort and rest.
DAY 5 RETURNING DAY TO KATHMANDU
Bird watching, nature walk along with in the bank of Rapti River in the morning, watching beautiful scene and sceneries. After breakfast leaving for Kathmandu by car.
DAY 6 SUNRISE TOUR.
Sunrise tour to Nagarkot early in the morning. Leaving Hotel about 4:30 am. Nagarkot is the optimum place for sunrise in Nepal. Himalayas are look like burning coal in moment of rising sun. After panoramic visit you will be back to Hotel and breakfast.
TRIP TO TIBET
DAY 07 KATHMANDU (1300M.)- ZHANGMU (2500M.)/ NYALAM (3700M.): 123KM/156KM
Early morning scenic drive to KODARI (Nepal-Tibet border) through the beautiful Nepalese countryside and after necessary border formalities at Nepalese immigration, an hour adventurous uphill drive by truck (normally) for 2 hrs. Walk uphill (incase of landslide) to Chinese immigration, check in Hotel or continue drive to NYALAM. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 08 ZHANGMU/ NYALAM- TINGRI (4300M.) LHATSE (4350M.): 225KM./224KM.
Day drive uphill to the highest plateau of the world with the typical view of Tibetan landscape offering sheer feeling of standing on the roof of the world crossing over LALUNGLA (5050m.) from where, weather permitting, breathtaking panorama of beautiful Himalayan range including
Mt. CHO OYU (8201m) &MT SHISHAPANGMA (8021m.) but dwarfed by the vastness of the Tibetan plateau. From TINGRI, one can enjoy the magnificence of MT.EVEREST (8848m.). Overnight at hotel.
DAY 09 TINGRI/LHATSE – XIGATSE (3900M.): 244KM
Continue scenic drive crossing over GYATCHULA (5220m.), the highest pass en rout to LHASA via LHATSE from where a road to MT. KAILASH bifurcates to the west. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 10 XIGATSE- GYANTSE (3650M.): 90 KM.
Morning sight seeing to the PANCHEN LAMA''S TASILHUMPU MONASTERY. Drive to GYANTSE and visit to the KUMBUM STUPA & PHALKOR MONASTERY. Over night at hotel.
DAY 11 GYANSTE-LHASA (3650M.): 261KM.
Full day picturesque drive crossing over KAROLA (5010m.), KAMBALA (4794m.), colorful YAMDORK Lake and the Tibetan lifeline river BRAHMA PUTRA (YARLUNG TSANGPO)- overnight at hotel.
DAY 12 IN LHASA
Two full day sight seeing tour to LHASA including JOKHANG TEMPLE, BARKHOR BAZAAR, POTALA PALACE, AND DREPUNG & SERA MONASTERIES. Overnight at hotel
DAY 13 LHASA KATHMANDU:
Early morning drive to GONGGAR airport for departure flight to KATHMANDU or your onward destination.
