Monte Fresco is a beautiful 20 plus acre forest property located just 2.5 miles from Tamarindo, and overlooking Las Baulas National Marine Park.
Over twenty years ago, two young families purchased the mountaintops and pastures from a local farmer. Hundreds of trees were planted and the forest has reclaimed much of this beautiful property.
Monte Fresco Nature Retreat offers a unique experience, totally different from busy downtown Tamarindo Hotels and cabinas.

We’re less than a 5-minute drive along the newly paved road to Tamarindo’s beaches, activities, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
