Our family house is in a quiet location 300 m from the sea in Brodarica, 6 km from Sibenik. We have one 3-room apartment and one 1-room apartment.
3-room apartment: This is on the 1st floor and contains a dining room with 2 beds and satellite TV, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bedroom. There is a kitchen and bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. There is also a large partly-covered terrace with garden furniture and a partial view of the sea.
1-room apartment: This is 49 metres square and on the 2nd floor. There is a living/dining room with 2 beds and a double bed, satellite TV. There is also a kitchenette and bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. It also has garden furniture and a view of the sea.
Guests have use of a barbeque and free parking beside the house. There is a shop within 150 m, and a restaurant 300 m away. The pebble beach and shingle beaches are at a distance of 400 m while the the rocky beach is just 300 m away.
