Hotel Yare, a jungle lodge a walking distance from the beach, is located in one of Costa Rica's favourite destinations for visitors from around the world with its breathtaking views, crystal clear turquoise-blue waters and beautiful sandy beaches. Here you will find activities suitable for just about every taste, from scuba diving, surfing, and sea kayaking to bird watching, mountain biking or just walking to the tropical rainforest. Truly a vacation paradise!
The Hotel has 21 rooms in total, 10 of which are fully equipped with kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people. The rest of the rooms are standard rooms with one or two beds. All the rooms have private bathroom, hot water and a small refrigerator.
In Yare you'll enjoy all the attractions of the beach, the sea, the forest and the unique culture of this exotic region. And also in the Hotel located on Punta Uva Beach you can enjoy beautiful sunsets or simply enjoy a relaxing ride on a sea kayak.
We are located on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, just a few miles from the centre of Puerto Viejo. You can get to the Hotel easily by car and the beach is just 50 metres from the Hotel entrance.
During the peak season, December 15 to January 15 Christmas and New Year week, and Easter week a minimum of 3 nights of reservation. A cash deposit of 50% is due in advance to confirm your reservation. Payment of the final 50%, in cash, or credit card is required a minimum of 15 days before your arrival. For cancellations of reservations during this period, within 28 days to 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged, within 7 days 100% will be charged. These deposits can be made in person or by wire transfer.
The rest of the year reservations may be made with a credit card authorization. For cancellation of reservations within 8 to 3 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be charged, within 2 days 100% will be charged.
