Between three small rural villages, Gecko Villa nestles amongst paddy fields in Thailand’s Isaan Plateau. In the rural heartlands of Thailand’s northeast (yet easily accessible by road, rail or air), relax amongst the emerald paddy fields, and savour the forgotten rhythms of life.
We take every measure to ensure that your stay is a memorable one. We offer you a rare opportunity to escape from the homogeneity of impersonal Hotel rooms, and to immerse yourself in this unspoiled and undiscovered region of Thailand.
Privacy is assured at your own villa in the midst of the rice paddies! Just relax, or adventure into the traditions of the surrounding villages.
You are welcome to relax by our pool finished in hand made tiles, in mottled hues of green from celadon to emerald.
We have a large air-conditioned living and dining room with extensive wooden decks and outside seating. We also have satellite TV (BBC, CNN etc.) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The large master bedroom with teak King Sized bed is air-conditioned has an en suite toilet and sink and an adjoining outside shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom is en suite with bathroom and shower.
You may either enjoy the privacy of the Villa, or alternatively the young Thai owners will be happy to cook all meals for you and to introduce you to local life.
