The Panchakarma tour is a 07 Nights / 08 Days programme is a packaged for those who seek for the best of Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala South India.
ABOUT PANCHAKARMA
Toxic materials deposited during metabolic activities and consumption of food are eliminated from the body through this treatment using natural herbs and oils.
The Package Contains famous panchakarma (five therapies) and some of the sub therapies. This is a total and integrated health pack meant for both the healthy and sick. It is a five-fold fold purification therapy. The treatment includes medicated oil enema called “Snehavasti”, Decoction enema called “Kashayavasti”, purgation with medicines (Virechana), induced vomiting with medicines (vamana) and Nasal medication (Nasya). Panchakarma is a prerequisite of Rasayana Therapy (formal Rejuvenation therapy) and also is useful in cases of sub fertility and impotence. The above treatments will be accompanied by a series of massages and steam bathes.
**DAY 01 - ARR. TRIVANDRUM AND TRANSFER TO KOVALAM (18 KMS / 30MTS)**

**DAY 02 - 0 7 KOVALAM (PANCHAKARMA AYURVEDIC TREATMENT)**
